Historical Narratives and Memoricide – a talk with Larissa Sansour, Søren Lind and Nat Muller

In this episode of Amos Rex’s podcast, curator and writer dr. Nat Muller interviews artists Larissa Sansour and Søren Lind about their artistic practice. This is the second of two episodes delving into Sansour and Lind’s art, titled Historical Narratives and Memoricide. In this episode Muller, Sansour and Lind discuss the historical and geographical framework of Sansour’s work, the narratives of history and the duo’s artworks, and the ownership of memories and stories. 

Palestinian-Danish artist Larissa Sansour and Danish artist and author Søren Lind’s works are on view in at Amos Rex until March 2nd, 2025. The exhibition opens up a space for new ways of thinking about Palestinian history, loss and trauma. Sansour’s carefully considered and aesthetically refined video works and installations weave historical and contemporary politics with imagined realities, using the narrative methods of sci-fi, documentary and opera.
