4 episodes

This is the podcast where we tell you about women and other disenfranchised peoples throughout history, who best are remembered for their deviance from the norm. Every episode we each tell you about an individual or a group that was punished and/or celebrated for their use of sex… but don’t hold us to that exact definition.

10/10 recommend

This podcast is incredible! I am studying history in university and I love how educated and insightful this podcast is. The focus on women and other disenfranchised people is something else I love. This podcast has introduced me to many intriguing women (some have become focuses for papers or creative pieces). The hosts mix education, comedy and commentary perfectly! I am eagerly awaiting more episodes! I recommend this podcast to anyone!

Love it!!

I am really impressed with this podcast! It’s the first one (to my knowledge) for you guys and it’s so well put together and interesting! I really love that the two of you are attempting to give a voice to historical figures who no longer have the ability to speak for themselves. I think they would be honored to know that even though we don’t have all the knowledge to know what they were all thinking and feeling, there is someone out there who wants to know them as individuals instead of these static, one dimensional figures we often hear about. That’s the other thing...Y’all acknowledge that these people were human and that none of them were all good or all bad which we tend to take the liberty of doing when we read about them. Thanks for doing the research, guys! I’m really loving it so far! Can’t wait to hear what is next!
