I just adore this podcast. As a loooooooooongtime spiritual seeker and devour-er of spiritually-oriented podcasts, the Consciousness World landscape can be rife with a kind of spiritual idealism and emphasis on transcending our humanity that feels so high pressure to me sometimes. (I often feel like Manifestation Culture is a weirdly re-purposed type of reward-punishment system grafted from other religions that have been around quite awhile.) I really love how grounded Elisa and Adam are. It’s the perfect combination of total open-mindedness, exploration of, and curiosity about (and I would say even mastery of) many “woo-woo” topics, but they always have such a nuts-and-bolts, pragmatic approach to those subjects. It’s SO refreshing! And you can really feel their compassion and non-judgment. Like I said, as a longtime consumer of this kind of content, some of it can just feel so judgey and shaming. These two are anything but and I really appreciate the work they are doing in the world.

If anyone is uncertain about whether they wanna do soul sessions with Adam or Elisa, this podcast will release any doubts!! I love how simple this podcast is; it’s like listening to a conversation with your friends. The information and topics they talk about are so accessible and flexible. I even share a lot of this information with my Irish Catholic mother, which is kinda crazy to think that such this mystical heretical viewpoint could be applied to a strict catholic LOL. Truly, their work has changed my life. I’ve always been spiritual, but the emphasis on the “human” aspect of holy & human is what I was really missing.

I love the show and the context of the show but its disheartening the way that Elisa always cuts off what Adam is trying to say or talks over him. He can’t get through a full thought without Elisa finishing his sentence/ giving her opinion. It makes it seems as though her voice and thoughts are more important (I’m sure she is doing it unconsciously). They have such good concepts and perspectives to bring to the collective and I would still rate a 5/5.
