Thank you guys, I have been anxiously awaiting the second episode!! Also to share a testimony about part of the great content shared here in this episode. Last spring in Ohio Valley Region Leadership Academy you all challenged us to the assignment of how to create 250k in passive income. I told Josh, my husband, about it as I worked on my assignment. I had our 4 STR properties on that presentation board with a place for a 5th one, “Location & Date TBD ” which I hoped would get us to that 250k goal in time but we had decided to wait awhile for the next. I put that presentation board in our fitness room for my personal inspiration but little did I know Josh had been inspired & motivated because of it being in there & started to send me listings out of the blue. We closed on that 5th STR last month. After closing Josh says, “You can let The Mckissacks know you did it, you completed your assignment”. Then I realized he had been pushed by my “Big Board” too. In summary your leadership inspired us at a faster pace than we planned and I couldn’t be more thankful for that.💗 On to the next!
