self sabotage is not always seen as self self sabotage but its important to discuss the ways we put aside our dreams and goals for the pleasure of the present moment and people. Lets go down a funny journey of understanding the 3 realms of self sabotage together.

in our season of authenticity we talked about being everything to everyone. How we all can sometimes walk into rooms and shape shift based on what people want us to be like. But we never fully just allow ourselves to be who we are at our core. It's scary and it is hard but it's something that im learning one day at a time. I am so happy you all are learning it with me.

in your journey with yourself you realize a lot of things about who you are and where you are trying to go. I make it my mission to search my heart everyday to make sure im living true to who I am while still walking this journey of faith. When you spend most of your time hiding it's hard to be truly you. But here we are uncovering more of what trauma tried to hide away.

this episode is early one of my favorite because I was able to wrap the meaning of what it means to be chosen by God in the language of my favorite show/movies. I love being flexible with the way I communicate. That's one thing I personally love to do.
