Saved Not Soft

so many times i sit in my bath tub to take my mind off things and each time i think to turn on emy because i know somehow, each time, by Gods grace she has something to say, bringing my eyes back to Jesus. So many times i’ve sat and didn’t know what to think or what to do next, this podcast always finds me in my mess and brings me back to grace

I’m so grateful to this podcast for adding to my set of tools to help walk in the Christian faith. Emmy is so relatable, honest and direct in dealing with her audience about issues we face as we navigate the world keeping our gaze fixed on the One above.

I have known of God for some time now and over the years I have had more people introduce him into my life and I have always kind of felt gave him lukewarm energy. Acknowledging his existence but not actually following him properly. I would not pray. I had a lot of pride. I maneuvered through my life with only my goals of a big life that was better than the others around which says a lot about the kind of person I was. These past few months I have become very anxious and dissatisfied with myself and lacked wisdom and patience. I was living for the world and really lost myself in it and now I realized it didn’t serve me. I was recommended this podcast online and now will definitely be listening weekly as I go on my journey to be closer to God. I ask you and whoever comes across this to pray for me and my journey.
