Hot Property with Dan and Stephen

I cannot recommend this podcast enough, and it gets my complete seal of approval, as both a doctor AND a scientist.

It turned out to be so much more. It brings all the joy one feels watching Cake Boss, but it only relies on cake and Italians sporadically for conversation. Much like Buddy Valastro and the crew at Carlo’s Bake Shop, this podcast has a great sense of family. When Cake Boss moved from TLC to Discovery Family I felt betrayed. I lost a father figure that day. Im writing this to say I found a new cake boss and new father figures in The hosts of this show. In the immortal words of Buddy Valastro “You can’t arrest me, I’m the cake boss.”

I don’t like Fig Newton’s, I don’t like Star Wars, and I definitely don’t like the Philadelphia Flyers. I do like Hot Property with Dan and Stephen.

I love listening to this podcast to find out the hottest properties for sale in my neighborhood. Some good banter too. I also relly like Steve’s Michael Caine impression and his takes on bud light holiday seltzer.
