Hour 1: Coach Mary Hathaway
In this mid-week edition of The Sports Rush, Brett is joined on the show over the phone by the newest head coach of the Bishop Luers Girl's Basketball Team, Mary Hathaway! Coach Hathaway has been an assistant coach under former Head Coach Mark Pixley for a long time, and it was announced yesterday that Coach Pixley would be stepping down and that Coach Hathaway would be taking over the program. Brett hears from her about what the process for becoming head coach was like, what type of team and style of play she'd like to have, and if there's any pressure taking over for a coach who just won a State Championship! Also in the first hour, Brett talks about two very different but both very sad losses in the NBA for the Pacers and Adam's Knicks.

Hour 2: Scott Agness
In the second hour, Brett is joined by Scott Agness, who covers both the Indiana Pacers as well as the Indiana Fever for FieldhouseFiles.com! Unfortunately, Scott joins us today to talk about the Pacers losing a pivotal game 5 against a depleted Milwaukee Bucks roster to now only be up 3-2 in the series instead of a commanding 3-1 or a series win. We hear from Scott about the play on the court, the readiness of the young team, and the coaching choices of Rick Carlisle. Also in the second hour, Brett shares with listeners which of the Colts 2024 Draft Picks will start this season for the team, which will make the roster, and which will be cut!
