    In the first hour of today’s Friday edition of The Sports Rush, Brett is joined on the guest line over the phone on the show today by one of the newest additions to the Purdue Fort Wayne Men’s Basketball Team, Trey Lewis! Trey joins the Mastodons after spending last season with the Loyola University Chicago Ramblers, and prior to that in High School, he was a finalist for Mr. Basketball in the state of Michigan! We hear from Trey about what he feels like he can contribute to the Mastodons program on both offense and defense on the court. We also hear from Trey about what the recruiting process for him to come to Purdue Fort Wayne and the 260 as a whole. Also in the first hour, Brett and Adam continue to prepare themselves for Game 3 of the Pacers and Knicks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals down in Gainbridge Fieldhouse tonight, discuss last night’s games in the NBA Playoffs, and more!

    To round out this week of The Sports Rush, we have two guests in our second hour! First, Brett is joined by Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com who does a fantastic job covering the Indiana Pacers, as well as the Indiana Fever! Before getting into the Pacers game tonight, Brett hears from Scott about last night’s Indiana Fever preseason game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse that saw a crowd of over 13,000 come to see a non-regular season WNBA Game and newest Fever star Caitlin Clark. Then, Scott and Brett get into the nitty gritty in breaking down the series so far, tonight’s game, and the comments and decisions made by Pacers Head Coach Rick Carlisle. Then, next in the second hour, Brett is joined by the Head Coach of the Saint Francis Cougars Baseball Team, Dustin Butcher! The Cougars are headed down to Williamsburg, Kentucky to play in the opening round of the NAIA National Baseball Championships. We hear from Coach Butcher about his season so far, the team and the players that have stepped up for his program, and we hear about his recruiting philosophy in trying to get a lot of local players from the area to join the Cougars Baseball Team!

    It's Thursday, and it's a day after the Indiana Pacers fell into an 0-2 hole in their Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the New York Knicks last night after being in the lead in the third quarter. And on the show, we are joined on the guest line by the voice of the Indiana Pacers, Chris Denari! Chris and Brett talk about the series against the Knicks so far and the two disappointing losses to start the series. They also discuss the series shifting to Indianapolis at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for games 4 and 5 and the chances that the Pacers have to head back to New York with the series tied 2-2. Also in the first hour, the Fort Wayne TinCaps are unfortunately continuing their losing streak on the road against West Michigan.

Also in the second hour, Brett is joined by Eric "Doot" Dutkiewicz of Parkview Sports Medicine. On today's show, Doot shares with us his Boy's and Girl's High School Basketball Coaches of the past season. We also hear from Doot about what's been going on at Parkview Field during the PSM Baseball Classic, and the latest going on at Parkview Sports Medicine!

Can’t express how much Brett Rump and ESPN 1380 do for local sports! The time Brett and his staff put into bringing local coverage to HS Sports! Football season right around corner and Friday nights HS football will have 7 hours of coverage that is unheard of!
