After battling dementia for seven years, we finally lost my father Ralph DiVito . This podcast is a tribute to his life. it talks about some of the great things he did in his life and talks about the emotional moments of his life. It is painful to lose a parent. It changes you inside forever. I hope you all enjoy this tribute to my dad.

I found a list for TV guide. If you live in a cold climate, like I do, you are looking for a new shows to binge watch to get us through these cold winter months. I run off a list of 13 new shows that they’re gonna be appearing on different platforms in 2024. Hopefully this gives you a few ideas for some new shows to watch this weekend.

Back in the 70s and 80s we used to have party spots out in the woods. We had large campfires, kegs of beer, rock ‘n’ roll, music, and hundreds of friends party together. I think of all the kids today and all of the anxiety and other problems with young people in the world in 2024. Maybe they need some more campfires and kegs in the woods!

We all struggle with communication in our relationships. If we want to have healthy relationships, we have to learn how to communicate more effectively. I hope you enjoy this podcast that talks about working on communication skills in our relationships.

I was lucky to grow up in a small town in NH during the 1970’s and 80’s. It seemed to be simpler times… Was I just a child looking at the world through rose colored glasses? Or was life simpler back then? I enjoyed taking this stroll down memory lane.. I hope you enjoy it as well.
