Home buying journey must listen

I really have appreciated Mike’s insight and explanation of data over the past two years, when I started thinking about buying a home in 2022 my biggest concern was that the increase in prices from ‘18-‘22 was temporary similar to 2005. Taking in the podcast monthly if not weekly really helped how I viewed the market and gave me a lot of confidence as I approached homes. We had our offer accepted this past weekend, and timed it in an incredibly luckily manner where we should be getting a pretty nice rate decrease right as we’re closing
