Houston: Pat Mann Phillips Leads Board of Directors at the Super Bowl of Rodeo

Last year she made history as the first woman to be named Chairman of the Board at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. With a year under her belt buckle, Mann Phillips is now focused on improving what she calls the "Super Bowl" of rodeo, while remaining focused on the event's significant charitable giving.
