Dr. Tera Jansen and Jeremiah James from University of Pleasure think it’s important for couples to have regular 30 minute check-ins to talk about their relationship.

“This is actually an assignment that I give a lot of couples that I see that are having struggles with communication, but I honestly think it's good for any couple.”
