The Best Debt Payoff Strategy I Why the Cashflow Index Beats Snowball and Avalanche Methods

Freedom awaits.... https://bit.ly/4lXGlxI Most financial gurus tell you to pay off your debt using either the highest interest first (debt avalanche) or the smallest balance first (debt snowball). But what if both of those methods are actually keeping you stuck in debt longer and draining your financial freedom? In this episode, Chris Miles — the Cashflow Expert and Anti-Financial Advisor — breaks down a powerful system he developed called the Cashflow Index. This strategy helped him personally eliminate over $1 million of debt and has since freed up thousands (and even hundreds of thousands) of dollars for his clients every year. Instead of focusing on just interest rates or balances, the Cashflow Index looks at one crucial factor: your monthly payment burden. Because let’s be real — it’s not the balance that stresses you out, it’s the payment eating into your cashflow every month. By applying this system, you’ll learn how to: Stop stressing about interest rates and focus on what really kills your financial freedom Use ROI thinking when deciding which loans to pay off first Identify which debts are sabotaging your monthly cashflow (and should be tackled first) Restructure debt to create options, freedom, and breathing room Avoid common debt payoff mistakes that actually slow down your progress Chris also shares real-life stories of clients who used the Cashflow Index to: Free up $3,800/month in hidden cashflow without making more money Qualify for a mortgage by strategically paying down just $4,100 instead of $7,600 Escape the cycle of negative cashflow and turn crushing debt into an organized, manageable plan Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a W-2 employee, or someone simply looking for a better way to get out of debt, the Cashflow Index can transform the way you see your money.

Wealth Isn’t Evil; Here’s What Rich People Actually Do Differently

Start making passive income here: https://bit.ly/45DzGCB  Did you grow up thinking that rich people are greedy, selfish, or evil? I did too. But what if everything we’ve been told about wealth is wrong? What if the real secret to wealth isn’t about luck, exploitation, or stepping on others but about creating value and serving people at the highest level? In this episode, I break down one of the most important mindset shifts you’ll ever make when it comes to money, wealth, and financial freedom. For years, I believed that wealthy people were just lucky or manipulative. I thought you had to be born into the right family, have the right connections, or take advantage of others to succeed financially. But I was wrong and today, I’ll show you why. I share how I discovered the powerful principle that has transformed not just my finances, but the lives of thousands of my clients: “Dollars follow value.” The more value you create for others, the more money naturally flows to you. Wealth isn’t a zero-sum game where someone has to lose for you to win. True wealth comes from finding ways to serve people, solve problems, and create win-win opportunities and when you master this, money becomes a byproduct, not the goal. We will go over: - Why so many of us were programmed to believe wealth equals greed - How Hollywood and media have shaped a false narrative about success - The real difference between a scarcity mindset and an abundance mindset - Why stewardship and serving others lead to lasting prosperity - How to use your wealth and freedom to create a ripple effect that blesses lives beyond your own You’ll hear practical steps to shift your money mindset, examples of how billionaires like Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Steve Jobs created massive wealth by solving problems, and why even everyday business owners can build prosperity without sacrificing integrity. This isn’t just about getting rich it’s about creating a rich life. A life where your money works harder for you, your impact multiplies, and your ability to serve others grows exponentially. If you’re ready to ditch scarcity thinking, embrace your role as a steward, and finally understand how wealth is truly created, this episode will change the way you see money forever.

Why Chasing ‘Cheap’ Could Be Your Most Expensive Mistake?

Start making passive income here: https://bit.ly/4fHnZiW  Most people make one of the biggest financial mistakes without even realizing it: they focus on price instead of value. But here’s the truth, the wealthy never ask, “What’s the cheapest?” They ask, “Where’s the greatest value?” In this episode, I pull back the curtain on a shift in mindset that can completely change your financial future. I share personal stories from hunting for the cheapest blender to investing in high-quality tools, programs, and opportunities and explain why focusing on value over price is the key to creating long-term wealth and freedom. I also dive into the hidden costs of a scarcity mindset, how small “cheap” decisions can cost you big in the long run, and why successful people make ROI-driven decisions instead of penny-pinching ones. Whether it’s your investments, your business, or even your daily purchases, this episode will challenge you to rethink how you use your money. You’ll learn: - Why the wealthy think in terms of value and ROI, not cost - How choosing cheap can actually cost you more over time - Real examples of how focusing on value has transformed my clients’ lives - Why financial freedom is more about mindset than numbers - A simple litmus test to decide when to spend and when to save This one mindset shift can change everything about your relationship with money and open the door to greater freedom, abundance, and peace of mind. Tune in, and let’s make sure your money works harder not you.

Chris Naugle Reveals the One Move the Wealthy Are Making Before the Recession Hits

Want to learn more about Infinite Banking? Book a call here: https://bit.ly/3HjvqAj  Infinite Banking is one of those strategies you’ve heard me talk about a lot but today we’re taking it a step further. I brought on my good friend Chris Naugle, founder of Money School and Private Money Club, to break down how Infinite Banking really works especially if you’re an active real estate investor looking to build wealth faster, protect your cash, and gain liquidity when you need it most. Chris has an incredible journey from professional snowboarder to building businesses, surviving multiple recessions, flipping 272 properties, and even hosting a national HGTV show, Risky Builders. But his biggest pivot came when he discovered how to truly become the bank and how using the Infinite Banking Concept can give you the power to control your money instead of letting the banks and Wall Street do it for you. In this episode, we dig into: - How Infinite Banking works step-by-step for real estate investors - Why liquidity is the ultimate power in a recessionary economy - How Chris created Private Money Club, a “dating site” for lenders and borrowers - Why he believes a recession is inevitable and how you can prepare today - The role of treasuries, whole life insurance, and alternative investments in building long-term wealth - Why equities may get crushed and real estate could become a safer haven Chris also shares why controlling your capital is everything when opportunity strikes, and how sitting on the sidelines strategically can put you in the driver’s seat when markets shift.  If you’ve been searching for ways to recession-proof your wealth, leverage Infinite Banking, and create a financial ripple effect for your family and community, this episode is a must-listen. "What If Everything You Learned About Debt Is Wrong"

Want to make passive income? Click here: https://bit.ly/4lBLfjI  You’ve probably been told your entire life that debt is evil something to avoid like the plague. But what if that very belief has been holding you back from creating the wealth and freedom you’ve been chasing?  In this episode, I dig deep into the truth about debt: when it’s destructive, when it’s powerful, and how the wealthy actually use it as a tool to accelerate their financial growth. I share my personal journey of being raised with a debt-free mentality, influenced by my dad’s Depression-era habits of paying cash for everything even cars. I talk about how my early experiences with overdrafts, credit cards, and loans shaped my financial fears, and how I eventually learned that debt is not inherently good or bad, it’s neutral. What matters is how you use it as a wise steward. We’ll explore the critical difference between liabilities and actual debt, and why equity plays the biggest role in determining whether debt is a danger or a wealth multiplier. I explain why banks actually encourage you to pay off loans faster and push 15-year mortgages instead of 30-year mortgages not because it helps you, but because it helps them turn around and lend your money out at a profit. Understanding this secret reveals why the wealthy never think like savers or spenders they think like stewards who keep their money in motion. I also highlight examples of wealthy individuals and companies who intentionally use debt to their advantage. Elon Musk funds his lifestyle using debt against his stock instead of income. Apple carried billions in debt while still sitting on billions in cash because it gave them financial leverage and liquidity. Even football coach Jim Harbaugh received a $2 million bonus structured as a loan to his life insurance policy, giving him powerful financial flexibility while protecting his wealth. We’ll break down why real estate investors like Sam Primm openly embrace debt leveraging millions in loans to control even greater assets that generate cash flow and equity growth. I’ll show you why avoiding debt blindly, as Dave Ramsey preaches, is a strategy born out of trauma and scarcity, not wisdom. If you’ve ever wondered whether you should aggressively pay off your mortgage, avoid credit cards, or fear using debt in your investments this episode is for you. I’ll give you a framework to decide, based on stewardship, liquidity, and profitability, whether debt is a curse or the very thing that could help you become financially free faster. The bottom line?  Don’t fear debt, but do respect it. In the right hands, it’s one of the most powerful wealth-building tools available. In the wrong hands, it’s destructive. Listen in, and I’ll teach you how to think like the wealthy, stop living in fear, and start using money in ways that create abundance, freedom, and lasting ripple effects for generations.
