I love this podcast. It is short and sweet, jam packed of info that is backed by Gluten Dude’s own experience and life with celiac and his thorough research. I have had a diagnosis of celiac since 2011 and have been doing this life of gluten free for a while now and still- I always learn something, feel a part of a tribe of others navigating the same crazy road of balancing food safety, caring for our bodies in the best possible way, and finding a way to be social and as normal as possible. If that is possible, Gluten Dude really lends a hand in helping us find the way. Please keep talking with us and helping us in all the ways you do, Gluten Dude. And thanks to Mrs. Dude, too!
Great first podcast!

Gluten Dude, just listened to your first podcast and I learned stuff. A couple months ago I saw DiGiorno came out with a GF pizza and I was very excited because pizza is my favorite food group, but since being diagnosed with Celiac In Feb 2020, I miss a big fat thick crust pizza. With great anticipation I ate one (yes, the whole pie) and later that night I had issues. They were mild compared to when I get glutenized from wheat products, but I was surprised because the box, as you stated, has GLUTEN-FREE in big letters in the box. I assumed it would be safe due to the statement that the amount of wheat crap is within safe FDA guidelines. It isn’t! Thanx to you I now know why. Your warning about Celiac.com is greatly appreciated. Thank you for you knowledge, insight, and passion for informing us all about how to live with Celiac and living gluten-free.
