How do we create an environment of belonging? Part 1

Topics covered: Belonging, Being Diversity Brave, and Cultural Inclusion. The Room is a leadership series for student-athletes, whether it’s the classroom, locker room, or board room, NAIA student-athletes can be a leader in any room they’re in. The leadership skills learned on the field can translate to any team, relationship, or community, and take student-athletes' leadership from the team to life after sports. The Room will use a series of conversations with NAIA leaders and partners (moderated by Dr. Katie Ervin) to help student-athletes develop their own leadership paths.
