Welcome back! This week, we are with Jonathan Hoover. We are going to learn all about how to protect ourselves from burnout, if we're burned out, how to heal, how to recover, and how to manage our stress in a healthy way.  This is such an important topic in our health series because so much of our health has to do with how we are doing and how we're managing stress. Welcome back. This is week two of everything you ever wanted to know about skincare but didn't know who to ask. Okay, that's not the title, but I like that title.  Skin health is more than just expensive products. It’s about focusing on the basics that truly work and it doesn’t have to be expensive. Today, we're doing a deep dive into more things that we can do to keep our skin looking great all the time.  We’re talking about skin health, beauty and everything you need to know. We’re diving into sun protection, sleep, sugar, Antioxidants, Omega-3 fatty acids, and protein. You don’t want to miss it!   Favorite quotes:  03:28 - “Sleep is big. When we don't get enough sleep, it does take a toll on our skin.”  09:02 - “Antioxidants are your skin's best defense when it comes to aging.” 11:14 - “Omega-3s are great for your skin, it's great for your collagen, and the name of the game of skin care is collagen.” 14:45 - “Lower estrogen can affect collagen. So the drop in estrogen during perimenopause or menopause significantly impacts your collagen production.” 18;26 - “It's tough, but reducing sugar can make a big difference in your skin's appearance.” 20:10 - “Again, it's not about doing everything all at once. It's not about buying the latest expensive products. It's about sticking to the essentials that really make a difference in your skin.”   Things I love and think you will too:  Epionce Daily Shield Tinted SPF 50 Sunscreen  Allulose  Stevia  Estrogen Matters   Pure Encapsulations O.N.E.
