In todays Podcast, I’m going to share with you how I created over $100,000 in equity out of thin air, by simply solving a real estate problem.  If you are a seasoned investor, you know that some real estate problems can seem complicated, when others seem so simple.  As real estate investors, our job is to find motivated sellers who are willing to sell their properties quickly, to solve some sort of problem.  It may indeed be a problem with the property, it may be a personal problem or in the property that I am going to share with you today, it really was neither one.  The seller had a “want”, and the problem that she wanted solved quickly was a relatively easy fix for an educated investor.
