How She Grew In Leadership & Self as an Agency Owner

I am so excited to chat with one of the members of The Agency Thrivemind today! My guest, Mary Zargarian and her agency partner with teams and organizations to leverage their strengths in business and build systems to handle the rest. She joined The Agency Thrivemind when she was very early on in her agency growth, and it has been absolutely amazing to not only see the growth in her business, but to watch her grow as a leader and an agency owner over the past year!
Mary shares her story of how she went from consulting > to hiring a team > to now owning a thriving agency - and how she has embraced the evolution of her business despite sometimes having those reservations about giving up and going back into corporate. She continues to trust her intuition when it comes to hiring and placing team members within her agency.
    We talk about:

How She Recognizes The Difference Between Fear and Intuition

How She Recognizes The Difference Between Fear and Intuition

I tried looking up how many decisions we make in a day. The results were anywhere from 267 to 35,000! That’s quite a range!
Either way, some decisions are easy (like do I want to take an extra nap today? = no brainer!), but others require a little more to process. Sometimes no matter how much fact-finding we try to do, we just have to pick a side and take action. This is especially true when it comes to our businesses, because that action helps bring clarity. This week I’m chatting with Hunter Lowder, co-owner of Tortoise & The Bear. Hunter shares how she’s been able to lean into her experience as a mindset coach and business strategist, and support entrepreneurs in creating and prioritizing the growth of their business in a sustainable way. After suffering severe burnout herself, Hunter knows it’s more important than ever to tune into your body’s signals of when to take a step back versus when to lean in through the ‘scaries’ and take the right next step in your business.

How She Takes the Sleazy & Scary Out of Sales

How She Takes the Sleazy & Scary Out of Sales

Let’s face it, no matter who we are, we all want successful launches within our business. After all, you’ve invested the time creating an offer to transform your audience. . . but they have to say ‘yes’ to what we’re selling in order to get the results.
I’ve worn lots of hats as a launch manager, founder of a launch management agency, creator of a launch manager certification program, and business owner who has launched her own products and programs. I know it’s so important to be able to set those realistic good, better, and best goals as well as establish strategic timelines to complete the copy and design and integrate all the tech.
This week I’m chatting with Nikki Rausch of Your Sales Maven. As an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience, Nikki has a unique ability to help business owners sell successfully and authentically. She acts as a ‘sales guide’ to help them maximize the impact of their launch by advising on all things copy, design, closing calls, and strategy.
    We talk about:

Ima listener ,

A new favorite!

What an informative, fun + entertaining podcast! I look forward to her releases and never want to miss another episode drop! Highly recommend giving Tasha a listen! A++

Mikey1965 ,

One of the reputable ones

Tasha’s show reveals her love for VAs and everything they do. She has a great way of explaining things that makes things make more sense. I especially like how she teaches on basic topics that all VAs can learn from. I have been referring my clients to her show for more help! You need to give this a listen if you are at all associated with the VA industry.

Missprissykrissy ,

So. many. gems.

I love that Tasha emphasizes building a busy you love (vs building what you think you’re supposed to just because). I especially loved the episode with Jamila Payne, the CEO of Daily Success Routine. As I build my marketing agency, the gems I learned about infusing team culture into every step of the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of my team are priceless. I have used her and Tasha’s advice to empower my VAs to think of themselves as ‘entrepreneurs’ in their role and take ownership of innovating their own processes. I’m thankful this show exists!
