I originally found Sebastian, and the crew on TikTok. And I instantly felt the energy putting off as being that look what comes with ancient knowledge because the things that he talks about are exactly what has been written in stone hundreds of thousands of years ago. Stoics are a hard to find breed in this day and age, and I applaud this group of people for bringing these things to light on a massive scale. I’m showing this podcast to my family my friends and my colleagues just to hopefully try changing the collective Consciousnes.

I think your topics seem very interesting, I tried listening to a couple of your episodes but it was extremely frustrating that the audio or the microphone seem to only be on one person and not the rest or half of the room and not the rest so you’re constantly putting your volume up and down and down and up trying to hear what everybody saying, so that was a bit too frustrating for me so it didn’t work for me. But topics seem to be very interesting too bad audio is so bad.

I really enjoy this podcast. Great guests and excellent insights from Frank. Keep up the great work!
