The first series of Sort Your Shit Out is all about balancing the booze. In this episode, comedian Ellie Gibson gets real about her own drinking habits, and has questions. How do you know if you’ve got a serious problem? If you want to moderate your intake, where do you start? And how do you break patterns like being sober all week then battered at the weekend? 

Answering all these is coach and co-host Stephanie Chivers, who specialises in helping people change their relationship with alcohol. We discuss Stephanie’s rock bottom, and Ellie’s squidgy one, and why rules can help when you’re trying to reduce. Stephanie gives us some practical tips for cutting down, and Ellie reveals the rules that work for her.
