As President, he developed a national referral network comprising nearly 2,000 pre-screened real estate agents, who were educated to understand and meet the unique needs of Muslim-American homebuyers. Before his tenure at Guidance, Hussam served as a senior consultant for a Washington D.C.-based marketing, public relations, and public affairs firm, where he provided strategic counsel to a diverse array of clients, including multinational corporations, startups, and nonprofit organizations.
