HOW TO DEFINE YOURSELF WITH CAITLIN SCHAEFER

WE'RE BACK WITH SEASON 2! It's been a great break but I'm ready to jump back in to all things THE HOW TO PODCAST! This season, we're changing it UP! Instead of new, weekly podcast, it'll be a new episode every OTHER week. Listen people- I could make up a really great story about how I'm making a strategic move to every other Tuesday to increase listenership, I'm being strategic, blah blah blah but the truth is: I need more time. More time to find great podcast guests, edit, make cool promos and most importantly, stay in the loop with the TikTok drama. But nonetheless, I'm back baby with the cooooolest guest to kick off our season.

I am so excited to have on my dear friend, Caitlin Schaefer on The How To Podcast this week...and to have her KICK OFF SEASON 2. She's a freakin' power house who will most likely takeover the world, without even letting you know she's doing it. Caitlin truly is one of the kindest person I've ever met. She's one of those people who is SO nice you're like...SOMETHING IS UP. But, after years and years of knowing her and looking up to her (figuratively and literally...she' tall!!!!), she's always been so poised, has a huge heart and is never too busy to give someone her time. This week, we talk about the humbling post-grad to real world transition and how it can be super difficult to almost feel like you're having an identity crisis. We talk about imposter syndrome, being a female in finance, how social media can be deceiving and how to define yourself, especially during times of adversity. CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO LISTEN!
