If you're an avid listener, you know I need to embrace the fire side of me just as much as the soft side. Some people can feel angry & meditate back to neutral. For me- it's necessary to fully feel the anger (it's a normal emotion just like happy & sad) & then transform it rather than suppress it.

Anger is a natural response to perceived threats or injustices, but when left unchecked, it can lead to destructive behavior and strained relationships.
