Karen is amazing. In just one hour she gave me tips to make me a more powerful speaker. She encourages using the PPU system. When conversing, tell people something Personal, Professional and then Unique about yourself. In her book, Trust Your Voice, she gives a great tip to sing out your negative thoughts so they seem ridiculous and lightens you so they can disappear.
