How To Improve Health and Longevity with Dr. Greg Hammer (episode 328)‪ ‬ Enlightenment of Change

    • Careers

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.” - B.K.S. Iyengar. I have changed many habits over the past 20 years, where I practice mind, body, and spirit daily so I and my business can thrive. It took me a long time to consider self-care a necessity, not a luxury.  Initially, I thought taking time for myself was selfish, and I felt like I was letting all the people around me, including my family, down.

We are all works in progress.  We must keep reiterating to build our best habits and sustain a healthy, happy, long life.
