Avery Francis is a veteran HR thought leader who specializes in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion practices in the workplace through her company Bloom. Now as a leader in all things work life, she’s been tapped to be the new host of Girlboss Radio, or what she likes to call Girlboss 2.0.  You may recall that the Girlboss career-focused podcast had over 23 million downloads in previous seasons and featured A-list guests such as Gwyneth Paltrow, but now Avery is taking the reins for inspiring conversations that reflect women at work today.
