Episode 80: In today’s quick Tidbit Tuesday, I share five quick tips on how to protect yourself from contracting a tick-borne illness after spending time in nature. Ticks are prevalent all over the world, and while their bites are sometimes harmless, they can also transmit pathogens that cause pretty debilitating diseases. Preventing bites in the first place can go a long way in keeping you safe from these little critters.
