Coach Bennett's Podcast

Coach Bennett is the best! Like so many I discovered him through the NRC guided runs and he made me feel like a true athlete. I didn’t start running until my 40th birthday and had been told I was “unathletic” my entire life. I believed those outside voices until I discovered the wisdom and dulcet tones of Coach Bennett. I am so glad that this podcast exists. It makes me look forward to my next run even more, knowing that I can lace up my shoes, pull up an episode, and be inspired to discover new ways to become a better version of myself truest self. Thanks Coach!

I have done lots NRC guided runs every one that is led by Coach Bennett is a treasure. The only issue I ever have with them is when he “goes quiet” and leaves me with my own thoughts. With this podcast I get nonstop Coach Bennett on my runs and I love it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a supportive coach in their lives because this podcast is about running but it’s also not about running.

In the course of 12 hours, I’ve quoted Coach to a running friend (If you can’t do the run you WANT to do, do the run you CAN do) and used his wisdom with my kids (do your PERSONAL BEST for getting ready to leave!). I’ve also shared episodes with at least five friends. Can’t express enough gratitude for Coach Bennett.

I’ve been a user of the NRC and NTC for more than a decade! And my athleticism became meaningful when I started to run listening to Coach Bennett! I began to see training and education differently since then. I don’t have a tattoo of coach Bennett but I won’t go without listening to him more than 24hours!
