After stints with firms like JPMorganChase and Wells Fargo, he officially embarked on his entrepreneurial journey and founded the boutique Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm, Bray Ventures, in 2018. Robert seeks to bring a different approach to M&A transactions for small business founders and owners. 

He most enjoys seeing the lasting impacts that a successful closing has on not just the founders, but all of their employees and stakeholders.
