I am so thankful to have found your podcast. I’m currently listening to all of them, going back to the beginning. I was discarded a year ago, suddenly, without warning. It shattered me. I will never be the same but I am a survivor, just like you. Often, when you describe your narc, it’s as if you’re describing mine! It totally blows me away! I feel as though you have thrown me a lifeline and I will be forever grateful to you. Keep up the great work and please know you are truly helping me and many others like me.

Thank you for your time with this podcast. I didn’t think anyone else knew what I was going through. Not only was I engaged to a person with NPD but she was also highly abusive physically. I’m working my butt off to learn from this whole experience and gain the tools I’ll need to stay away from the abuse in the future. Thank you for your time and effort!
