HSP SOS
This is a weekly podcast for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), introverts, empaths, intuitives, INFJs or anyone else that wants a little help supporting sensitivity! My name is Michelle Lynn. I share my experiences as a highly sensitive person while discussing the works of Dr. Elaine Aron. It is my intention to provide useful tips and resources for other individuals looking to balance, maintain, and enhance their own unique sensitivities. The show is perfect for HSPs, introverts, empaths, intuitives, individuals with ADHD, and anyone that has regular interaction with people that have sensory needs. The information I provide is not only helpful for HSPs, but it can also benefit parents and spouses of the highly sensitive, educators, employers, individuals with autism or other sensory processing sensitivities and disorders. It’s candid, useful information that listeners can apply to their life immediately. I want to acknowledge and celebrate sensitivity. It’s time to help the people that help everybody else.
Yay! I love that this exists

Hi! I’m a new listener. I’m so excited that your, and some others, podcast exists because I’ve always been a HSP and didn’t know it was a thing! Now I know I’m not alone and can find ways to cope and live happily! REQUEST: I’d love some episodes about HSP in jobs and careers. I find myself hating every job I get, HATE starting new jobs, and sick of doing it, want to go back to school but want to actually find what I can consider and career (and be happy with) that won’t overwhelm me or make me miserable anymore. As you know, we spend so much time and work and it can weight negatively on us HSPs! Thank you!!
Incredible

I’ve never written a podcast review before. But, I love Lisa and the Captain; they are both relatable and likable and I hope they’ll do some more podcasts soon!! I’ve found so many helpful tools and paradigm shifters through this podcast. Ty so so much for creating this. It brought real understanding and healing for me.
Too many “likes”
2019/05/29
I just listened to episode 38. I enjoy your podcast but I am 63 years old and find the use of the word “like” repeatedly used as a filler very disconcerting and an annoying distraction from the message you convey. I realize young people over use the word like A LOT, but I want you to be aware it might, like, turn some, like, older people off. Please consider toning it down for your older listeners. We would, like, really appreciate it. I also suggest having an HSP guest that is actually old to hear their viewpoint.
Life-saver

This podcast is great if you’re feeling confused and alone in this overly stimulating world. It’s like hanging out with two really considerate and low key friends. It’s helped me feel less overwhelmed and less ashamed of my quirks. Thanks for sharing this info in a relatable and fun way.
