I really enjoy and appreciate this podcast. Huberman takes a balanced approach while going nitty gritty on fascinating topics and I find the advice really helpful. (Yes, there are ads but that’s how free things on the internet work - it’s been like that for a while.) I particularly loved the sleep series and the episodes focusing on women’s health. Huberman is a great interviewer too. Thanks for the great podcast!

Trauma caused by Andrew Huberman

I keep wondering how many women Huberman has quite knowingly traumatized, he seems proud of juggling several relationships, dishonestly. He seems proud of his trauma tattoos too! You’re a monster, Huberman.
