❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve learned so much from the podcast while planning my own wedding because I really had no idea how much things cost until I began planning my own wedding. It’s also nice to hear from black professionals in the wedding industry who can give us the inside scoop.

The Wedding Podcast Black Brides Deserve

I don’t remember how I found Hue I Do but I’m so thankful I did! As a black bride, I’ve felt very invisible in bridal groups/forums, podcasts, and the mainstream wedding industry. When Caucasian wedding pros and brides talk about hair and makeup, I know they’re not thinking about my darker complexion or my tight coils. They’re not thinking that their preferred vendors don’t consider us to be their preferred clients. Many thanks to Ashleigh and Toniah for acknowledging us black brides. I appreciate their commitment to elevate the needs of black brides, uplift black vendors, and celebrate our love stories. I’ve listened to every episode and it is incredible to witness their growth and evolution. This podcast just keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait for the next episode!

Such a wonderful resource!

I found this fabulous team on IG and thoroughly enjoyed their content. When I found out they had a podcast I was eager to see how much information I could gain by listening, and I was NOT ready. The podcast is easy to listen to, so informative, and relatable (it feels like brunch with the girls, kiki-ing about our wedding plans). Would definitely recommend!
