#56. I’ve talked about my journey its bits and pieces over the past 4 seasons of the podcast, but in this episode I dig deeper than ever before. I love how open and vulnerable our guests are and felt you deserved the same from me.

I reflect on being deeply insecure as a kid, my dramatic weight loss journey at 19, and why I’m still repairing the damage I did to my body and mind. I take you through preparing for my first pageant, winning Miss Arizona USA, and what changed leading up to Miss USA.
