    Aging is NOT failing… 🤯

    For real… society tells us that we aren’t supposed to age, and we can’t let ourselves go or we have failed. It’s represented all over and yet it’s done so much that we take over shaming ourselves for the normal process of life. We are told that if someone ages then they have “not aged gracefully” but that’s just a distraction from living life. That is a resistance to the process of life and yet the programming is there. So where do we go from here? Here I just want to share my thoughts on the matter in hopes, per usual, that it helps you on your journey. Have a wonderful week!

    How to be and not be in control simultaneously; Constant questioning; internal dialogue; awareness; and the journey. This week I share how hard it has been and how perfect it has been. I must remind myself that what we think true is only one optional interpretation of circumstances. What can we do today to help the world and help ourselves? Become comfortable with discomfort... dare I?
