I enjoy hearing you two. I personally can relate to Alejandra in so many ways. Although, I wasn’t adopted, growing up I did feel different and out of place when I moved to Woodbury, MN from Los Angeles, CA at a young age. I was a minority in Woodbury and was practically the only Mexican in my school. I felt like I couldn’t connect to my peers or even my teachers and hearing your story, Alejandra, brought back so many memories and feelings. I love knowing that you too struggled with your identity and overcame those differences by embracing where you came from and the journey it took to appreciate all that, as well. Love it!! Very relatable ❤️
