For those who are searching for more

Irene is very raw in her experiences, which is something that you don’t find a lot of. She gets straight to the point and although each episode is thorough, each episode is not too lengthy. She shares her personal journey and doesn’t hold back on details. She also provides you with lessons each week to get you started on the right path of searching for more, whether you’re looking for more meaning, if you’re unhappy or feel stuck and don’t know how to start improving yourself and loving and respecting yourself - this is the podcast you’ve been searching for!!! Be ready for the start of your new & wonderful life with “I love me, I love me not”!

Truly inspiring and encouraging!!

This podcast is a real light to this world and to my life! So many people I know, including myself, struggle with the concept of self love, but without a doubt, this podcast inspires and encourages me to dig deep and appreciate...ME!

I like how raw and candid she’s being with her series and I’m intrigued to hear the struggles she’s been through. I’m sure different parts of her experiences can relate to every single one of her listeners and I know I’ll be able to learn so much to guide me on my journey to self love.

Finally, I love that she gives physical, practical exercises to help solidify the life lessons and concepts of self love she bestows on her listeners every week!

Truly an awe-inspiring podcast and I’m glad to have subscribed!! Everyone should do the same!! You won’t regret it!!

(Also, her voice is very soothing to listen too!)
