    Baby On The Way Update: Little Jupiter Flew Back Into Orbit

    Week 8 & 9: Loving Your Baby by Loving Yourself (alt title: "Miracle Monster")

    Hello Lovelies!! It's another episode of 'Baby On The Way!!' Even if you're not pregalicious, you might still be able to get something out of this because we're talking about paying attention to the words we think and speak about ourselves, specifically about our bodies, faces and appearance in general.  If you are like me, it's been (and continues to be lol) a daily  adventure in adjusting to my ever-changing body and an even BIGGER  adventure to notice, navigate and knock out all the negative self-talk I  seem to spew into my brain and out of my mouth without even realizing  it's happening. I literally repeated "You're not a Monster, You're a  MIRACLE" into the mirror over and over until the crying turned to  laughing then into genuine peace and loving self acceptance. Highly  recommend that as an affirmation if you're feeling as frustrated and  grotesque as I have felt recently. Remember, we are not alone in  anything anymore. The best way to teach someone a lesson is to lead by  example, so let's start showing our kiddo how to love themselves  unconditionally by giving ourselves the same gift. Like, right now. You  are beautiful and perfect exactly as you are. Start loving yourself the  way you want to love your child. It can be tough to retrain our brains  but trust me, it's totally worth it. You and your little one are totally  worth it.  Thanks for being here. You're killin' it.     Hello From the Suburbs!!

    Hey Everyone! After taking a 5 month chill out and reset break, I'm back and living the life I began to imagine a little over 2 years ago. I'll once again be putting out a hodgepodge of shows a regular basis, including the new one "Baby On The Way!!" which will chronicle my 'geriatric' pregnancy in real time AND began to play after the rambling intro at the beginning of this episode.     Change is EASY: Just A Thought

    Hiya Lovelies!! We are going old school attic style this week and working on an affirmation to help us make mental changes with EASE. We're gonna effortlessly ditch any old, restrictive and destructive thought patterns then upgrade to a new set of positive, loving self-talk loops that will more efficiently move us closer towards our intentions. Apologies for the manic energy. I am literally in the middle of a massive life sea change and attempting to stay focused, calm and somewhat productive while the things (and people) about which I have been fantasizing for the past few years all seem to be popping in my actual life at a fantastical rate of speed.  Enjoy your day and keep in mind that you are exactly where you need to be and that, no matter how you may feel, you are already perfect. Stay hydrated, stay focused on your intended destination and STAY AWAY from outdoor puddles of standing water in Texas because these mosquitos are not fucking around.  Love ya!!
