    “Build accountability to yourself. One way that works for me is measuring. I measure where I am, and see if each day I’m getting better. I want to be accountable to myself, and map out the tomorrow: this is what I’m going to do, and I’m going to measure, and report back to myself” – “Being accountable internally makes a big difference” - “Let’s do something Epic!” – “I truly like to compete.  I think I can be fairly gracious in defeat, but I want to push it hard and do the best I can” – “Looking for the path of most resistance.
