The show is hosted by the Institute on Science for Global Policy (ISGP). Interested in infectious disease, food security, climate change, or synthetic biology? Curious about how scientific advancements, such as GMOs or medical interventions, are regulated? Wonder how science might help us solve society’s most pressing challenges, and how it might come up short? With new episodes released every-other Monday, you’ll always be in-the-know about today’s science without having to break out your old high school textbooks. (Disclaimer: The ISGP is a nonprofit organization that does not lobby for any position except rational thinking. Podcasts reflect the views of conference participants (Episodes 1-74) or featured guests (Episodes 75+). A Worthwhile Listen

I love listening to this podcast during my commute! It's so refreshing to heard modern women reacting to and commenting on current events at the intersection between science and policy. I appreciate that I now have a way to stay up to date on cutting-edge issues in an interesting and engaging way! The way they summarize the panels and make it so accessible to general audiences is something the scientific community truly needs. Well worth listening to this clearly well-educated ladies!
I've found what I've been searching for

I listen to many great podcasts and this is my first review. Here is exactly what I wanted from a podcast: female voices talking about science and public policy in brief! These ladies do an excellent job covering hot topic science issues that effect the public at large. They strip down large documents and technical papers to key facts and issues that people need to know about. As a budding scientist and someone who is looking into getting more involved in science and policy, I am truly grateful for this resource. Please don't ever leave me!
