I would like to thank you for your knowledge, podcast and information. I've spent my life getting fatter and thinner and since 2016 I haven't been able to reach my goal. I wanted to eliminate only 8 pounds. On May 12 of this year I started listening to your podcast and today, when I weigh myself, I'm 16 pounds lighter. In 63 days I achieved more than I've been wanting since 2016. I freed myself from the abusive relationship with calories, weight and food.

Used to be good years ago

She used to be good in the beginning when I started, now she recycles the old episodes because there is no value in anything new she is putting out. A whole lot of talking about nothing. Also her program prices are insane so incredibly expensive like come on
