Katya was drawn to yoga at the age of 18. She went on to study yoga at the British Wheel of Yoga. After five and a half years of training, she qualified to become a yoga teacher. Katya is caring and passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She helps people improve their lives both physically and mentally with yoga. Just like it did in her own life, she lets yoga do a profound awakening and healing within her students. Perfect short practices

Amazing collection of gentle yoga practices. The sequences are thoughtfully designed and delivered with much care. Even after a 10 minute class I can feel a total change in my body (and mind). This podcast has been an amazing companion over the last year. I am SO grateful for Katya’s efforts. The meditations and nidra practices are also wonderful. Thank you Katya - you truly help to maintain my physical health and keep me grounded!

How does this podcast not have a single review yet? It’s SO good! The instructor has such a great, soothing voice, as well, which is so vital to podcasting. Often these types of things don’t do well because the instructor is annoying. I love the yoga nidra episodes, but really everything I’ve heard so far is great and I haven’t really needed to watch the corresponding videos yet. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I have been listening to this podcast in the evening to help improve my sleep and it’s working well!
