Top quality Japan podcast
I've been following the Japan Real Estate podcast for some time now and I find this to be one of the most interesting and informative Japan-based sites and podcast (of any sort - not just real estate). Ziv and his associates clearly know their market and business, and I always enjoy their talks together about all things related to real estate in Japan. Ziv selects some amazing guests to the podcast, people and businesses demonstrating a wide range of real estate needs, interests and services. Best of all is Ziv's consummate professionalism and hosting skills, as he is able to guide guests to the meat of the matter while also keeping things fun and human along the way. This is one of the few podcasts that I actually look for each week in my feed. Thank you Ziv and team for keeping it real, keeping it interesting, keeping it Japan, and keeping it coming. :-)
Treasure box of expert info + fun to listen to!
This podcast is such a treasure for this rather niche topic (Japanese real estate investments geared toward foreigners, in English!) I’m so grateful as there’s really nowhere else you can find this information without lots of frustration, contradiction, and chaos. All the experts on this podcast help you understand everything so well and so consistently. Tons of excellent info unlike some podcasts which are mostly inane chatter. I now feel hopeful that someday I will be able to own properties in Japan, my original home. Thank you Ziv!
Strong content filling a needed gap.
Does what it says on the tin, in a market that badly needs its presence. Helpful, informative, and easy to follow for those considering investment options in Japan, whether from within the country (a resident like me) or from without.
