    Kristen Miele has been educating youth on the topic of sex for over a decade. She’s taught in hundreds of diverse settings including 2 different countries. Kristen has experience teaching ages 3 and up on content related to sex and sexuality. Kristen has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois. She has also been a Certified Health Education Specialist (NCHEC) since 2016. The vision for Sex Ed Reclaimed came to her in November 2021 and it became an LLC in 2022. She’s been married to Anthony since 2012. They live in Columbus, Ohio with a young daughter and their cats. They previously lived in Honduras as overseas workers teaching and providing medical care.

    To empower and encourage families to have consistent, honest conversations while accessing God-honoring sexual health education because God calls us to disciple the next generation.
    Vision
    To break the cycle of silence about sex in the Christian world as Sex Ed Reclaimed, LLC becomes the premier choice for adults seeking to honestly engage the next generation.

Cynthia does a wonderful job of “interviewing” her guests when really it feels like a conversation among friends. The content is relevant, inspiring and REAL not to mention informative. I had the pleasure of being a guest and it is a memory I will cherish!
