Dale Hull of Neuroworx and Ken Larson talk about how serving others helped them to see their pasts in a new way. What’s better than a Council of Moms?

This is one of my go to podcasts. I especially love the Council of Moms episodes- I mean Mother knows best, right? But this isn’t just the trite self-help stuff you always hear, it’s real talk and so relatable. I especially love that she has moms participate that have older kids (“mini adults”)
I always leave with at least one or two really helpful takeaways.
I also really appreciate her series she does, sometimes topics are so vast they can’t be limited to just one episode. I especially loved the one about body positivity.

The best!

This show covers so many valuable topics, and even when the discussion is tough and real, I feel uplifted and empowered by every episode. At times when a topic doesn’t grab my interest at first, I’m usually surprised by how much it teaches me and applies to either myself or someone I’m supporting—so I never miss an episode!

In addition, I’m a goal-driven introvert who doesn’t spend a lot of time socializing and talking about these sorts of things with other women, so I really appreciate feeling invited to join and learn. I recommend this podcast whenever I get a chance. Thank you so much to Lisa and everyone else who puts in the hard work to make it happen! ❤️❤️❤️
