Inspiring and honest podcast
I have neglected writing a review and I really should have sooner! I discovered this podcast during the lockdown and have enjoyed listening to these as I walk. Often I feel like she has a view of my life as many episode subjects seem to come right as I need them. This is testament to the fact we are not alone in this and there is support and a community for us female lifters. The meets are always a good place to be reminded but in between it can be a struggle at times to remember why I love being in the gym chasing improvement.

I LOVE listening to Heidi and all of her guests. I feel like I’m listening to a friend. This podcast is for powerlifters but all gym goers can appreciate it and learn something!
First time I turned it on, I binge listened and every episode opened my eyes to being strong. I have even listened to a few episodes now more than once to take notes. It’s literally changed my life in a positive way. Thank you Heidi for doing this podcast!
