Welcome to Don't Laugh But... - A podcast straight from the twatmosphere with comedian Kirsty Hudson and author Rebecca Elliott.
To our minds there aren’t enough female, midlifer voices being heard just chatting about regular stuff (not just motherhood!) so here we are - finding the funny in this crazy thing called life. Every week, with the listeners help, we investigate a subject, sometimes heavy (death, disability...) sometimes light (parties, supermarkets...) in an honest yet friendly and (we hope), funny way. Think of it as going out for a coffee (or gin) with your best mates, but without the need to actually leave the house or offer to feed our pets when we’re away.

Coming back, guns fully, (or at least semi) cocked with Poland being terrified by the most mysterious of creatures, the croissant. Also featuring a smattering of the Gates splitting up, dishwashers playing hide and seek, tired thieves in the night and strangers waking you up to tell you they're hungry. Enjoy. x

Cats that can type, a fight to the death in Argos ooh and of course it’s DLB book review week where we give our thoughts (because we don’t do that enough) on this month’s literary offering ‘The Making of Us’ by Lisa Jewell.
