    Ethical Vibration with Jeralyn Glass

    Ethical Vibration with Jeralyn Glass

Jeralyn Glass is an internationally acclaimed singer, pioneering figure in the realm of Sound Healing, creator of The Source App, and author of Sacred Vibrations: The Transformative Power of Crystalline Sound and Music.
Before becoming one of the foremost leaders in the world of holistic healing through music as medicine, Jeralyn got her start in the theatre and Broadway and graced opera and concert stages across Europe and around the globe. Later, she founded Crystal Cadence, a dedicated sound healing studio housing the Los Angeles Crystal Tones Singing Bowl Temple of Alchemy.
Her work in the field of sound has had a tremendous impact on mental health, cancer, and hospice patients as well as children and veterans. Following the tragic loss of her only son, Jeralyn decided to write her book, Sacred Vibrations, as a guide to engaging Music as Medicine and how the power of sound can serve to transform us. Sacred Vibrations guides readers on their journey of integration and wholeness through actionable tips, relaxing and effective meditations accessible through QR codes, wisdom from leading scientists, esteemed colleagues, and more.
A revered educator in her field, Jeralyn has shared the stage at science and spirituality conferences with esteemed authors and thought leaders and is a force to be reckoned with. I hope you enjoy experiencing the singing bowl performance from Jeralyn as much as I did.

As an accomplished, driven, passionate, engaging, and energetic pioneer woman, Dr Cindy Starke encourages us to get honest with our food, activity, and sleep choices, mindset, relationships, and spirituality to challenge preconceived notions of what we are capable of, and unleash and discover the champion that has always been inside. Through her group and individual mentoring programs, she is dedicated to helping women entering the second half of their lives identify what is preventing them from having ideal health and longevity, to embrace their power, challenge their self limiting beliefs, and use the power within to completely change the trajectory of their lives going forward.
In this discussion with Cindy, we take a particular focus on how those providing health care are often not supported to take care of themselves through greater self care and also tips on how women facing burnout in particular can find their way out and rise above.

Ethical Masterclass in Resilience with Brian Bogert

Ethical Masterclass in Resilience with Brian Bogert

Last time we caught up with Brian Bogert was in Episode 170 in October 2023.
Brian is a heart surgeon without a blade. He does not start outside with what you need to DO, he starts inside with who you ARE. In a world that is disconnected, Brian is revolutionizing how organizations and entrepreneurs deeply connect with their authentic selves to achieve the highest levels of wealth in monetary riches, time, relationships, and health.
At just 7 years old, Brian was faced with a traumatic injury that most of us can barely even imagine. He was run over by a truck and his left arm was severed from his body. After years of intensive rehabilitation and over 24 surgeries, Brian has a deep lived understanding of how physical, emotional, and mental pain can keep people buried, regardless of what their initial trauma was. His belief that everyone’s story is as important as his own is what makes him one of the most accessible, relatable, and authentic individuals you will ever meet.
Brian is back by popular demand on The Ethical Evolution to help bring us a masterclass in taking out our trash, connecting with ourselves and unlocking the secrets to resilience.

    Ethical Assisted Dying with Chris

    Ethical Assisted Dying with Chris

This episode is a special, requested episode for a story that really needs to be told. For privacy reasons, my guest will remain anonymous but will be known as Chris. When a friend reached out to me to ask me if I would like to share his story, I knew this was a conversation that needed to be had and could provide release, value and understanding in a situation that poses ethical questions and a path to peace.
Chris was the recipient of a double lung and heart transplant after a lifetime of health issues and has since been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer which is making its way toward his brain. He made the brave decision to refuse radiation treatment and surgery and has been approved to participate in voluntary assisted dying in Queensland.
This conversation is not an easy one, but one that Chris bravely navigates in the hope that others learn the true value of life and to assist others facing a similar situation. At times it is raw and confronting and if you or someone you know is impacted by this conversation - help is available - speak to someone today - here in Australia Lifeline is available 24 hours a day on 13 11 14.
