Saving Time & Shifting Focus

Listening to Megan’s podcast has given me a new way to frame how I look at time and work/life balance. I love how she focuses on finding Harmony in your life vs. Balance because in reality Balance is near impossible to achieve and if you do, it isn’t something that is sustainable long term. Megan’s tools in Managing tasks, organizing and planning are top notch and I highly recommend binging this pod!

We all don’t have enough time, and it’s just getting worse. Megan is doing a great job of demystifying some of the skills and tools we need to manage and build while we grow businesses and get busier and busier. It’s never going to be less work, we need to get better at managing our time and our skills.
